FamilyForge LLC (“FamilyForge,” “we,” “our”) provides this refund policy for all subscription purchases made through our payment provider, Paddle.
Free Trial
- Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial with full access to all features.
- No credit card is required to start your trial.
- If you decide not to subscribe, your trial will end and you won’t be charged.
Refunds
If you are not satisfied with FamilyForge, you may request a full refund within 14 days of any subscription payment. No questions asked.
To request a refund, contact us at support@familyforgeapp.com with your account email address. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
To cancel:
- Open the app and go to Settings → Subscription
- Tap Manage Billing
- Follow the prompts to cancel

Data After Cancellation
- Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation in case you decide to resubscribe.
- After 90 days, your data may be permanently deleted.
- You can request immediate data deletion at any time by emailing support@familyforgeapp.com.
